SIMDEX Project Execution Structure

Projects executed by SIMDEX under EPC+F include a strategic and cost-effective combination of:

60% to 70% of equipment sourced from Tier-1 Chinese manufacturers (including Shinefar Solar), with optimal price and quality.



30% to 40% of equipment and engineering services provided by Spanish manufacturers and EPC firms within the SERCOBE network, including:

High-specification and safety-critical components

Design, engineering, and technical supervision

Quality assurance and full compliance with EU standards

All projects are supervised by Spanish engineering companies
to ensure European-grade safety and performance.

Project Financing Model

EPC+F with CESCE Risk Coverage

SIMDEX facilitates international project financing in cooperation with banks and institutional or private financiers. All financing is based on risk coverage provided by CESCE, the official Spanish Export Credit Agency.

Key financial terms:

Up to 85% project financing

Sovereign or reputable bank guarantees required

Repayment terms: 15 to 22 years

Interest rate:
3.5% p.a. for Euro loans
5.8% p.a. for USD loans

Projects that harm the environment or ozone layer (e.g., fossil fuel-based) are not eligible for CESCE backed financing.
